Welcome to Crescentmoon Foundation
I’m Laurel Tien, a Clinical Counsellor in White Rock and registered nurse. I’m truly grateful you’re here.
You could be anywhere right now, but you’re here — and that matters. Because you’re ready to feel like yourself again. You’ve spent years showing up for everyone else; now it’s time to turn inward, listen to your own voice, and move toward a more grounded, compassionate life. At Crescentmoon Foundation Counselling in White Rock, I help you do just that through evidence-informed, heart-centered therapy.
How We Help
I’ve worked with many clients navigating life transitions, identity shifts, and emotional overwhelm. My approach integrates human development, narrative, and somatic-focused therapy, grounded in more than 35 years of nursing experience in mental health and chronic illness.
At Crescentmoon Foundation, our counselling sessions in White Rock are guided by empathy, evidence, and lived experience, because I know how it feels to lose your sense of self, and how powerful it is to find your way back.
Stop asking yourself, “Where do I fit in?”
